HOW TO PLAY F1 SUPERFECTA

The F1 prediction game where picking the podium isn't enough. Call the top 4 in exact order to win the prize pool.

THE BASICS

F1 Superfecta is a Formula 1 prediction league you play with people you actually know. Before every Grand Prix, each player in your league predicts the top 4 finishers (first, second, third, and fourth) in exact order. It sounds simple. It is brutally hard. That's the fun.

Every league runs its own prize pool funded by a per-race buy-in that the league admin sets (for example, $2 per race). Nail all four positions and the pool is yours. Miss, and the money stays on the table, growing race after race.

FOUR STEPS TO THE SUPERFECTA

1

Join or create a league

F1 Superfecta is played in private leagues with friends, family, or coworkers. A league admin creates the league, sets the buy-in, and shares an invite code. Enter the code and you are in.

2

Make your predictions

Before qualifying starts each race weekend, pick the four drivers you think will finish P1 through P4, in exact order. Once qualifying begins, predictions lock for that race.

3

Score points

After the race, you earn 1 point for every driver you placed in exactly the right position, up to a maximum of 4 points per race. Points accumulate on your league leaderboard all season long.

4

Hit the superfecta, win the pool

Get all four positions exactly right and you hit the superfecta, winning that week’s prize pool. If several players nail it in the same race, the pool is split evenly between them.

SCORING, EXPLAINED

Scoring is position-exact. If you predict a driver to win and they finish second, that's zero points for that slot. Close doesn't count. Each of your four picks is worth 1 point when the driver finishes in precisely the position you predicted, so the maximum score in any race is 4 points. Those points feed your season-long leaderboard, which matters more than you might think (see below).

ROLLOVERS AND THE SEASON-END RULE

Most weekends, nobody hits the superfecta. When that happens, the week's prize pool rolls over and is added to the next race's pool. A few rollovers in a row and the stakes get genuinely interesting: one perfect prediction can claim weeks of accumulated buy-ins.

If the season ends and the pool still hasn't been claimed, it doesn't vanish: the entire unclaimed prize pool goes to the player at the top of the league leaderboard. So even if you never hit a perfect 4-for-4, consistent points every race weekend keep you in contention for the biggest payout of all.

LEAGUES AND BUY-INS

Leagues are private. There's no global pool of strangers. It's just your group, your trash talk, your money. Anyone can create a league in seconds: pick a name, set the per-race buy-in, and share the invite code with your group chat. The admin's buy-in applies to every race of the 2026 Formula 1 season, so a $2 per-race league across a 24-race calendar builds a $48-per-player season pot. Buy-ins are settled between league members directly; F1 Superfecta tracks the pool, the predictions, and the leaderboard.
